Regs and online entries are available at www.Malcolmwilson.co.uk. A £50 deposit will reserve an entry for those feeling the pinch after Christmas.
Scrutineering will be on the Main Street in Cockermouth under floodlights with the support of the Town Council and Allerdale Borough Council. In the past scrutineering has been restricted to entrants as it has taken place at M- Sport HQ but this should bring the rally to the people and allow them to see what the cars are really about.
Also in attendance will be Motorsport Mugs, M-Sport, the Police will have a road safety stand and the Fire Brigade will be present. The event supports various community groups such as Nunwick Cricket Club, Garstang Canoe Club and Duddon Mountain Rescue and this year M-Sport’s nominated charity Hospice at Home will be present.
Go Motorsport with West Cumbria Motorsport Club will be on hand to explain what Motorsport is about and promoting Club membership and participation to the spectators.
Forests are restricted for Spectators this year as Greystoke is a non-spectator stage due to logging in progress and another stage has no parking facility. However Whinlatter Pass provides a choice of forests (Hobcarton and Comb) and Grizedale has ample parking and vantage points. Details are on the website.
