As a graduate at M-Sport UK, you'll work alongside some of the most experienced and respected professionals in the industry, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of high-performance motorsport projects - from our state-of-the-art headquarters at Dovenby Hall to the world's most demanding rally destinations.

2. Upload your CV and cover letter outlining your preferred programme(s) and why you're wanting to join the M-Sport family

3. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews and assessment centres  

4. Offers made by spring 2026 for a start date in summer/autumn 2026
