THE ROLE

​

We’re looking to appointment a Site Builder to support our busy Maintenance team across all M-Sport owned properties within a 5-mile radius of Cockermouth.

​

Based on the edge of the English Lake District National Park, the Dovenby Hall Estate houses a Grade II listed Manor House alongside a new state-of-the-art Evaluation Centre – where lays responsibility for all M-Sport UK’s global motorsport projects.

​

The role responsibilities include:

​

• Perform routine building maintenance duties including bricklaying, drainage, plastering, rendering, paving, concreting and ground maintenance.

• Office installations and furniture building.

• Repair equipment and various machines and appliances.

• Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work to the Site Manager.

• Suggest additional repairs when identified and needed.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

​

We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

​

You should have previous training at apprenticeship / college level and experience on one or more aspects of the role’s responsibilities.

​

You should pride yourself on your attention to detail and be capable of delivering a high standard of performance and quality whilst working to strict deadlines.

​

You should have excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for problem solving and implementing solutions with an analytical approach.

​

You should be willing to work outdoors in all weathers. The ideal candidate must uphold a full and clean UK driving license with own transport required.
