We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Customer Parts Liaison Advisor to liaise with M-Sport customers worldwide and also to work alongside the busy Stores and Workshop departments based at the Dovenby Hall HQ.


Duties will include:

  • Accepting and processing parts orders via telephone, emails, M-Sport e-shop and in person.

  • Arranging parts and liaising with Heads of Departments within M-Sport.

  • Accepting and processing component rebuilds for customers.

  • Resolve any customer issues, quires and complaints.

  • Producing time schedules with customers and working within these to match customers’ requirements.

  • Responsibility to meet customers’ needs with a “must make happen” attitude.

  • Arranging rebuilds of components and scheduling of rebuild work with all M-Sport departments.

  • Working closely with M-Sports Engineering Department to resolve issues and request technical information for customers.

  • Highlight shortages with Purchasing Department and monitor delivery schedules.

  • Liaising with our in-house Accounts Department to discuss customers’ accounts and communicate with customers to resolve payment issues.


The ideal candidate should have:


  • An Automotive/Motorsport background in Parts and/or Sales.

  • Strong communication and team working skills.  

  • Good negotiation skills.

  • Strong IT abilities with an understanding of computerised stock control systems.

  • An interest in sales development.

  • Commitment to a high standard of customer service.


The role requires a consistently high level of performance and quality in a highly pressurised and time sensitive environment. Experience in a similar race or rally setting would be an advantage.  The role would suit a self-motivated team player with an enthusiastic and positive attitude. A flexible approach to working hours is required.
