An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Homologation Engineer for current and future FIA regulated programmes.


The role involves:

  • Working with the engineering team and departments inside M-Sport, gathering information on new components for homologation.

  • Creating and editing homologation documents.

  • Working with the FIA for homologation submissions and inspections.

  • Carrying out homologation audits with departments, ensuring adherence to the homologation papers.

  • Monitoring FIA homologation and technical regulation changes. Maintaining regulatory database and then communicating changes to Design and Engineering.

  • Assisting M-Sport’s customer base with production of technical literature, bulletins and presentations.


The ideal candidate should:

  • Be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline.

  • Have excellent interpersonal, relationship building skills and capable of offering a professional image at all times.

  • Have excellent organisation, time management and a clear communicator.

  • Have a strong analytical approach and a meticulous attention to detail.

  • Be well organised and delivery focused

  • Experience in photography and photo editing an advantage.

  • A thorough understanding of motor vehicles and their systems.

  • Be able to produce professional technical customer facing documents.


Experience in a similar race or rally setting would be an advantage. The role would suit a self-motivated team player with an enthusiastic and positive attitude. A flexible approach to working hours is required and some travel may be involved.
