JOB DESCRIPTION:

​

We’re looking for a Business Management Graduate to join our growing team. Operating at the heart of an exciting and dynamic industry, the Business Management Graduate will support our busy department heads in the coordination of a range of different motorsport projects.

​

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

​

• Providing daily support to department heads.

• Maintaining and creating databases.

• Organising meetings and creating meeting agendas.

• Tracking project resource and expenditure.

• Assisting with project reports and presentations.

• Assisting with coordination, planning, and scheduling.

 

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

​

We’re looking to appoint a well-organised individual with exceptional attention to detail.

​

You should be strong in both English and Mathematics and be confident using Microsoft Office as well as discovering and implementing new computer-based platforms.

​

You should be proactive and capable of balancing busy and varied workloads in a time-sensitive environment; whilst confidently reacting to changing priorities and deadlines.

​

You should also possess good interpersonal and social skills and be capable of working on your own initiative as well as being a strong collaborator who works successfully with others.

​
