An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our busy team. This role will involve a variety of tasks;

  • Providing secretarial support on a daily basis to various departments.

  • General office admin

  • Providing reception and telephone cover

  • Maintaining and creating databases

  • Dealing with post and emails

  • Assisting with guest and client hospitality

  • Setting up meetings when required, producing meeting agendas and taking meeting minutes.


Previous administrative experience would be beneficial, training and support will be provided.

The candidate should be well organised with strong communication skills and have a desire to provide efficient support.

Experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint would be beneficial for this position.
