Graduates
M-Sport’s Graduate Programme is focused on recent graduates who have, or expect to gain, a 2.1 or higher in one of the following disciplines:

  • Motorsport Engineering
  • Computer Science or IT
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Automotive Engineering
  • Manufacturing Engineering

During the scheme Junior Engineers will have the opportunity to work with our experienced Engineers, in various fields from The Race Team, Rally X teams and WRC engineers. They will be involved in the preparation and planning of documentation and car builds. Have the option of attending various tests and events and being involved in the research and development of new systems and ideas.

M-Sport generally take on new employees within the graduate scheme in August and September.

Apprenticeships
M-Sport started a new Apprentice Programme in 2017. Through this programme, each year new apprentices are given the opportunity to learn the various positions in different departments. During this time they are mentored by our most experienced members of staff as well as given the opportunity for day release to Lakes College where they gain a certified qualification at the end. Currently M-Sport are running this scheme within our Electrical department, however, opportunities within Transmissions, Hydraulics, Sub Assembly and the Engine shop will follow.
