It is with regret that M-Sport Racing's Bentley Continental GT3 will not make the grid for the second round of the Avon Tyres British GT championship this weekend.

Due to personal reasons, Humaid Al Masaood was forced to miss the opening races at Oulton Park. With these matters on-going, the team has made the decision to withdraw from the Rockingham fixture.

The team are aiming to be back for the third round at Silverstone (31 April – 1 May) in which Steven Kane and Al Masaood will showcase M-Sport's Continental GT3 on the legendary asphalt.

In the meantime, M-Sport will continue to have a presence at Rockingham – supporting their valued customers at Generation Bentley Racing.

M-Sport Racing Team Manager, Matthew Wilson, said:

"It is a real shame that we won't be able to compete this weekend, but the whole team are looking forward to the time when Humaid [Al Masaood] and Steven [Kane] will join forces on the racetrack – a partnership I'm sure will prove competitive.

"Although we might not be competing at Rockingham, we will still be there in a supporting role; ensuring that our valued customers at Generation Bentley Racing have everything they need to secure a strong weekend for the Continental GT3."
